A rejuvenating and mindful yoga class that blends gentle, nourishing movement with long, slow yin postures. Appropriate for students of all levels. Also excellent for those who are less flexible or who are recovering from illness or injury.

This class includes brief journalling, restorative poses, and a longer yoga nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique of learning to relax consciously, allowing for physical, emotional, and emotional rest and release.
Stress is the leading cause of disease (dis-ease). This class will blend meditation, gentle movement, restorative yoga, mudras, affirmations, and aromatherapy to release deeply stored stress and trauma in the body in order to provide nourishment to your nervous system, allow the mind to quiet, and refreshment to your spirit.

This class focuses on awareness, stretching, and softening of the pelvic floor muscles. Benefits include increased blood circulation and increased vitality to the root of the body supporting the base of all movement. This class weaves together breath work, mudras, body awareness, gentle yoga poses and aromatherapy.
