To practice this mudra
Hold the palms of the hands in front of the solar plexus
Gentle press the tips of the index fingers together, allowing the other fingers to relax inward
Release the shoulder back and down, with the elbows held slightly away fromt he body, the forearms parallel to the earth and the spine naturally aligned
